NETHERLANDS SALAD 
3/4 head lettuce
1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut in strips
1/2 c. ham, cut in strips
1 tbsp. chopped dill pickle
1/3 c. tomatoes, julienned

Dressing:

1 tsp. chopped chives
1 chopped hard-boiled egg
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend dressing and serve over salad.
