MULE'S PUNCH 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 qt. fresh strawberries or whole frozen strawberries
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 fifths bourbon or brandy
2 c. dark rum
2 c. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. grenadine
2 qts. ginger ale, chilled

Mix pineapple, strawberries and sugar. Cover and let stand at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Several hours before serving add bourbon, rum, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine. Stir to blend, chill.

To serve, pour over ice ring in a punch bowl and add ginger ale. Makes 5 quarts or 40 (4 ounce) servings.
