CHEESE POTATOES 
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 stick butter
1 packet of Knorr's leek soup
1 (6 oz.) sour cream
3 or 4 lb. potatoes
Corn flake crumbs

Boil potatoes, cool and slice. Melt butter and mix in Mozzarella cheese. Mix leek soup and sour cream together. Mix everything together. Cook in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 1/2 hour.

This is great served with ham.
