QUICK BARBECUE | |
1 can luncheon meat 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. onion, finely grated 1 c. whole new potatoes, drained 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Cut meat lengthwise, not quite through, into 8 slices. Place in greased, shallow baking dish. Mix tomato sauce, water, and seasonings. Arrange potatoes around the meat. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) about 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 3 to 4. |
