SEAFOOD GUMBO 
6 slices bacon
6 tbsp. flour
1 lb. okra, cut paper thin
2 onions, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes & liquid
1 qt. real chicken stock
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1-2 quarts water
Salt to taste
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled

Using a large pot fry bacon, remove bacon, add flour on LOW heat. Brown flour very slowly, stirring occasionally. Takes 30 to 45 minutes to get brown. Add okra. Cover to wilt. Stir occasionally. Add onions. Let cook on low 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, all but shrimp. Return bacon to pot. Allow to simmer 2 to 3 hours. Add shrimp the last 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 10.
