CRUNCHY CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oats
12 oz. chocolate chips
3 oz. chow mein noodles

Mix flour with baking soda and salt. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture and the oats; then stir in chips and chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
