POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Beat egg yolks and add dry ingredients. Then remainder of ingredients. Cook slowly, stirring constantly until mixture becomes thick and creamy. Remove from heat, beat and pour into container. Cool, cover and store in refrigerator. When ready to use, thin with sweet, sour or whipped cream.
