RHUBARB DREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. thinly chopped rhubarb

Blend together 1 cup flour, powdered sugar and butter. Press into a 7 1/2 x 11 x 1 1/2 pan or pie plate. Bake crust at 350 for 15 minutes.

For topping sift together sugar, 1/4 cup flour and salt. Mix sifted mixture with eggs and then rhubarb. Spoon topping into crust and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve warm, plain or with whipped topping.
