EMERALD SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. each lemon and lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. canned milk

Combine Jello and water, stirring until well dissolved. Set aside. Combine other ingredients in large bowl. Add Jello. Pour into mold or 2 quart flat dish. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Especially good with chicken or turkey.
