2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 c. fluid milk
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in a medium pot.

2. Add peanut butter and mix until crumbly.

3. Beat egg with a fork.

4. Put egg and milk in the pot.

5. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture gets thick. Cook and stir 1 minute longer.

6. Stir in vanilla. Chill before serving.
