6 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg yolks to lemon yellow. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. Mix powdered sugar until stiff. Beat egg whites with tartar, fold into other mix.

May use with 1/2 shot brandy and 1/2 shot rum and hot water or mix with milk for egg nog.
