LO-CAL STRAWBERRY PIE 
4 c. halved fresh strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. vanilla sugar free cook 'n serve pudding, Jello brand
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry sugar free Jello
8 oz. any lo-cal brand cream cheese (ex. Weight Watchers)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Cool Whip (lite)

Arrange strawberries in bottom of 9" pie plate. In square pan put vanilla pudding and 2 cups water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Take off heat and pour in box of dry Jello. Mix until smooth with wire whisk. Pour over berries and chill until set. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and Cool Whip with hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Spread on chilled pie.
