KISS PUDDING 
1 pt. milk
Pinch salt
2 egg yolks, beaten (saving whites for topping)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add egg yolks. Heat milk to scalding point and pour over ingredients and cook slowly until thickens on spoon. Cool in refrigerator.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 sq. melted chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten egg whites

Combine sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla, slowly add to beaten egg whites. Pour over cooled pudding. Children love it!
