SUGARLESS HEALTH COOKIES 
8 tsp. butter
10 pitted dates
18 walnut halves
3 tbsp. seedless raisins
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. whole wheat flour, sifted
1 egg
3 packet Sweet 'n Low or other sugar substitute

Cream the butter until soft, chop the dates and nuts and place the raisins in 1/2 cup hot water to soften. Mix the nuts and dates, drain raisins and add to sifted flour, soda and sugar substitute. Beat the egg until fluffy. Add the creamed butter to flour mix in thirds. Stir just enough to combine ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. 5 cookies = 1 bread, 2 fat.
