1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. marg.
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. raisins
4 eggs
3 scant tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
4 c. peeled and diced apples
1 c. walnuts or pecans

Bake in a bundt pan at 375 degrees. Let it bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat, to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
