CABBAGE & CELERY CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
5 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. white sauce
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Cook celery in 3 tablespoons butter for 10 minutes, stirring frequently; add cabbage. Cook for 10 minutes longer. Pour into greased baking dish; add salt, pepper, white sauce and pimento. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top; dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
