CUBED STEAK DINNER 
4 cubed steaks
8 sm. new potatoes
4 cloves garlic, halved
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

In covered electric skillet over low heat saute potatoes in oil 10 minutes, shaking skillet occasionally. Push potatoes to one side. Add meat.

Over high heat brown quickly, turning once. Reduce heat; add tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat and potatoes are tender. Makes 4 servings.
