CREAMY ONION SOUP 
3 lg. onions
2 med. potatoes
2 c. instant chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cream

Thinly slice onions and potatoes. Mix with chicken broth and cook 20 minutes or until tender. When done put in blender and puree.

Put milk and cream in pan. Heat until warm. Add butter then onion and potato mixture. Add flour and cook until thickened.
