MAIN CHICKEN DELIGHT | |
4 boneless chicken breast, cut in half 4 oz. dried beef 8 strips uncooked bacon 1 can mushroom soup 1 small can mushrooms, drained 1/2 pint sour cream Butter 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer bottom of pan with dried beef, roll chicken breast and wrap with bacon, place on top of dried beef. Mix soup, sour cream, and mushrooms together and spoon over meats. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake at 275°F for 3 hours. Submitted by: Shirley Stuttler |
