CLARA'S RHUBARB CREAM PIE | |
1 pie shell, baked 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 c. rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cream 3 egg yolks 2 tbsp. cornstarch Cook rhubarb and sugar until tender; add remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue. Brown. |
