COCONUT PIE 
2 pkgs. coconut cream Jello pudding
2 c. milk

CRUST:

3/4 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 tsp. water

Bring to boil 2 packages coconut cream Jello pudding and milk. Pour into crust and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Bake crust for 25 minutes at 350 degrees and cool.
