CREAMY PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
4 c. sliced, peeled, fresh peaches
1 c. heavy cream

Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl. Toss lightly. Arrange in pie shell. Pour heavy cream over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving.
