CRAB CRISPS | |
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Alaska king crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh 1 c. commercial sour cream 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 pkg. Melba toast rounds Preheat broiler. Drain crab meat and flake. Combine crab meat, sour cream, cheese and dry soup mix. Place about a tablespoon on each toast round and spread to the edges. Broil about 4" from source of heat, 4 to 5 minutes or until tops are bubbly or light brown. |
