CHERRY DUMP CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. canned, crushed pineapple
1 (1 lb.) can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix (mixed as directed)
Pecans

Spread 1/2 of butter over bottom of 9 x 11 pan. Spread pineapple over butter. Spread pecans over pineapple. Spread pie filling over pecans and pie filling. Spread prepared cake mix over top. Dot with remaining butter. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool; remove from pan. Chill.
