FUDGE PIE 
1/3 lb. unsalted butter
1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 pkg. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
2 tbsp. strong black coffee
2 tbsp. dark rum
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 (9-inch) pastry pie shells (unbaked)

Cream butter. Gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one is added. Add melted chocolate, coffee and rum. Mix well. Stir in flour and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shells.

Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes two pies.
