3 tbsp. Crisco
3 med. potatoes (pared & cut in lengthwise strips, about 1/2 inch thick)
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. crushed oregano
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash hot chili powder

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt Crisco in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan by placing in oven for 1 to 2 minutes. Spread potatoes in a single layer over melted Crisco, turning to coat strips evenly. Combine all the ingredients together. Sprinkle half of mixture over potatoes. Bake for 12 minutes. Turn potatoes with spatula and sprinkle with remaining mixture. Bake for 15 minutes longer until tender in center and crisp on outside.
