LOW CALORIE FRUIT SPREAD 
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
1 c. frozen fruit, thawed & pureed
8 pkg. Equal
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Soften gelatin in apple juice in small saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture simmers. Remove from heat, stir in pureed fruit. Stir in Equal and cinnamon. Pour into a half-pint jar and refrigerate until firm.

Yield: 1 cup.
