2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 - 3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. crushed nuts

Mix first 4 ingredients together and boil one full minute. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well. Add oats and nuts and put in well greased pan. Cool and cut into serving size pieces.
