STIR FRIED BEEF 
1 lb. thin shaved steak (I use Loretts Shaved Steak)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 med. onions
2 green peppers, cut up

In a bowl mix soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, salt and ginger. Add meat and set aside. Over high heat, in oil, cook mushrooms, onions and peppers with salt until crisp. Spoon vegetables into a bowl, leaving oil in pan. Add meat to oil and fry until meat is not pink. About 5 minutes. Add vegetables and heat together. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
