QUICK `N EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans (2.8 oz. each) French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef, potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and chopped onion; mix well. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes. Top with French fried onions. Bake 15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Makes about 8 servings.
