OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. powder or minced garlic
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

Dip chicken in butter first. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix bread crumb mixture in paper bag or plastic, shake 2-3 pieces of chicken at a time, as to coat. Place chicken in oblong pan. NO need to turn as both sides will brown nicely. Bake 45-50 minutes. I use chicken legs and breasts.
