SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 tsp. flour
1 lg. can salmon
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 med. potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter

Slice potatoes and boil in salty water until soft. In saucepan, melt butter; add onions and peppers; simmer 5 minutes. Add flour and hot milk. When it begins to thicken, add paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a 2-quart casserole dish, butter bottom. Add a row of potatoes, row of salmon, row of potatoes, row of salmon, half the sauce, row of potatoes, row of salmon, the rest of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
