SOUR CREAM BREAKFAST MUFFINS | |
1. Beat 1 egg until light. 2. Beat in 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon soft shortening and 1 cup sour cream. 3. Sift together and stir in 1 1/3 cups sifted flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes. Makes 12. |
