CARROTS CITRONNEES 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced carrots
1/4 c. strained lemon juice
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp. dried marjoram

Cook carrots according to package directions; drain and mash well. Combine carrots with lemon juice, 3 tablespoons butter and remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into well greased casserole. Dot top with remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until top is brown. Serves 8.
