1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
2 sm. cans tomatoes
Sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
1 sm. bell pepper

Brown meat and add all ingredients and simmer. Make mashed potatoes. In baking dish put a layer of potatoes and a layer of sauce; cover with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees until cheese is melted.
