VEGETABLE HAMBURGER SOUP 
Carrots, onions, potatoes, cabbage, peas, green beans, any other vegetable of choice
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 can tomatoes or 1 (18 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
Beef bouillon cubes

Brown beef and drain fat. Add vegetables of choice amount of choice, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until vegetables are tender but not over cooked. The more vegetables added the more flavor the soup will have.
