COCOA BROWNIES 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8 inch square baking pan.

In a small bowl, stir together, the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, and oil with an electric mixer. Stir in the cocoa and extracts until blended. Stir in the flour mixture just until combined. Stir in the nuts.

Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a cake tester inserted 2 inches from the center comes out almost clean. Cool, cut and serve.
