MOIST BANANA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. each salt and soda
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled

In a bowl, stir together flour, salt and soda. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine bananas and sugar. Stir well. Add egg and butter. Blend. Pour liquid ingredients into dry and mix just until moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 325 for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes then turn out onto a rack. Completely cool before slicing.
