1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. (4 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. taco sauce
t tsp. taco spice
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat or in microwave until cheese is melted.
