SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 (6-7 oz.) can tuna, chicken, or turkey
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 to 1 3/4 oz. can shoe string potatoes

Combine first 5 ingredients. Chill. Just before serving, add almonds and shoe string potatoes. Serves 6-8.
