CINNAMON BREAD PUDDING 
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 3/4 cups half & half
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 cups cinnamon bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In large mixing bowl, whisk eggs; blend in milk, half & half, sugar and vanilla until combined. Stir in bread cubes until lightly moistened.

Grease a 2-quart rectangular baking dish and spread mixture in evenly.

Bake at 325°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until center starts to firm.
