CHICKEN WINGS CURRY STYLE 
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. strong tea (black is best)
chicken wings, cut into 2 pieces (as many as needed for a meal)

Single layer chicken in baking dish and pour liquid over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Turn once and baste often. For a large amount of chicken, double the recipe. The liquid should cover the chicken. There is no need to marinate. Serve over rice with lots of juice.
