CHICKEN PIE 
2 chicken breasts or 1 lb. chicken, salted
3/4 c. broth, salt to taste
2 deep dish pie crust (9-inch)
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables

Boil chicken, debone and put in pie crust. Mix soup, broth, pepper, and drained vegetables. Pour mixture over chicken. Top with second pie crust. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake until brown.
