CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry flavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. pecans, chopped (more if desired)

Drain fruit, saving liquid. Add water to fruit liquid making 2 cups. Bring to boil. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Chill until partially set. Beat softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until fluffy. Gradually beat in gelatin. Fold in all other ingredients and mix well but do not mix too long. Pour in ring mold. Refrigerate until firm.
