FRUITED PORK STEW 
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. cubed pork
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper
12 oz. can beer
15 prunes
1 can sweet potatoes, drained
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Add water until smooth

Put oil in pot and saute onion and pork for 7 minutes. Add next 8 ingredients; bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Take cover off and add sweet potatoes. Thicken with cornstarch and water and heat for 2 minutes.
