STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
1ST LAYER: 3 c. broken pretzels 2/3 c. butter, melted (about 11 tbsp.) 2ND LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip Cream cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of pretzels and chill. 3RD LAYER: 6 oz. box strawberry Jello 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drain & save juice) 2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries (thaw, don't drain) Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling pineapple juice. Add 1 cup water. Chill until partially set. Add fruit over cream cheese. Refrigerate. |
