TORTELLINI WITH CREAMY HERB
SAUCE
 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh tortellini, meat or cheese filled
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh minced basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
4 tsp. minced anchovy filets or mushrooms
3/4 c. heavy cream

Cook tortellini 2 minutes less than package directs. Drain and return to cooking pot. Saute garlic in olive oil until golden but not brown. Add basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, anchovies and stir in cream. Add sauce to tortellini mixing well. Simmer 5 minutes before serving.
