SHORTCUT LASAGNA 
8 oz. bulk Italian sausage
4 oz. wide noodles
1 beaten egg
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Brown meat, drain off fat. Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions, drain. Combine egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and meat. In 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish, layer half each of the noodles, meat mixture, Mozzarella, and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
