CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. raw cranberries (freeze, grind in blender)
2 c. sugar
1 lb. grapes, pitted, purple of course
Chopped nuts as desired
1/2 pt. whipping cream, thickly whipped

First day, grind cranberries and add sugar. Let sit at least 24 hours. Drain (save juice for ice cream). Add nuts, grapes and thickly whipped cream. Let stand at least 24 hours. Can be kept indefinitely, improves with time.
