CHILE EGG PUFF 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until light; stir in other ingredients. Pour into well-buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake until golden brown and center appears firm, 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 10-12. Good with a green salad and rolls.
